Terms of Service
These terms of service govern the legal relationship between Axivora OÜ (registry code 17467937, hereinafter the "service provider") and the client who uses the service provider's website or orders the service provider's services.
1. General provisions
By using the website or ordering services, the client agrees to these terms. If the client does not agree, we ask that you discontinue use of the website.
2. Description of the service
The service provider offers services as described on the website. The specific scope and conditions of each service are agreed separately with each client before the service is provided.
3. Prices and payment terms
Prices for services are listed on the website or in a personalised offer provided to the client. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
The payment term for invoices is usually 7-14 days unless the parties have agreed otherwise. In case of late payment, the service provider has the right to charge interest at 0.05% per day on the outstanding amount.
4. Client's obligations
The client undertakes to:
- provide the service provider with correct and accurate contact and billing information;
- pay invoices on time;
- reasonably cooperate in sharing information necessary to provide the service;
- not use the website or services in an unlawful manner.
5. Liability
The service provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the website available and to provide services of high quality. The service provider does not guarantee 100% availability of the website and is not liable for damages caused by technical failures, force majeure or third-party actions.
The service provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order, except in cases of damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
6. Intellectual property
All texts, images, graphics, design and other content elements on the website are the property of the service provider or its partners and are protected by copyright law. Use of the content without the service provider's permission is prohibited.
7. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms and the relationships arising from them are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that the parties have not been able to resolve through negotiation shall be resolved at Harju County Court.
A consumer client may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (komisjon.ee).
8. Changes to the terms
The service provider has the right to amend these terms from time to time. The current terms are always available on the service provider's website. Clients will be notified of material changes within a reasonable time in advance.
